John Holton is Vice President and Director of Sales and Operations for the Illinois division of Holton Brothers Inc.
While attending High School and College at Saint Joseph's, John spent his summers working on job sites, learning the trade and gaining a personal appreciation for the skill and craftsmanship that goes into each Holton Brothers project. After receiving his BA in Business Management, John started his career as the superintendent for the Illinois division and then moved to sales in 1997.
John is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership necessary to deliver superb customer service and client satisfaction by implementing best practices and maintaining consistency across the company’s business operations.
Matt started working summers at Holton Brothers in 1989 while still in high school and continued throughout his college tenure. Upon finishing school in 1995, he joined the company as a job site foreman. In 1999 he began selling residential work and transitioned to commercial sales in 2004.
Matt oversees all aspects of his jobs, from the estimating and project management all the way through to project completion. Matt's 28 years in the industry, both in the field and the office, enables him to approach every new job opportunity with a multifaceted perspective.
Matt has managed hundreds of projects, both residential and commercial, all across Wisconsin and Illinois, and has even overseen projects in Philadelphia and Albuquerque. He has worked on both public and private projects in the Commercial, Healthcare, Educational, Religous and Residential fields.
